Saint Lazarus Candles are burned to call upon the help of Saint Lazarus, the patron saint of the sick and downtrodden. He is said to help those who have suffered a stroke, those living with HIV or AIDS, people in comas, and anyone who suffers from other long-term, chronic health issues.
Lazarus is also the patron saint of those who suffer from leprosy. It is said that he will help bring money to the poor.
Your vigil will be carefully dressed, blessed, petitioned, and burned on your behalf by Divine Harmony Spiritual Church. You will receive a photograph of your candle vigil. If you select the optional emailed report, you will also receive our observations and interpretation of any signs seen during the burn.
