Shipping Policy
All domestic orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service. International orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service and Asendia.
Orders are typically shipped within 5 - 7 business days after an order is placed. However, since we are a small business there are occasionally delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
Divine Harmony Spiritual Church is not liable for shipping to incorrect addresses that are provided by customers. Divine Harmony Spiritual Church is also not responsible for stolen packages.

Rest of the World
Flat rate $16 + $1 for each additional item. International orders may take 3 - 4 weeks to arrive.
Additional shipping options may be available for wholesale orders. Please contact us for a quote.
It is your responsibility to work with your local customs authority to ensure that your order is delivered. Divine Harmony Spiritual Church is not liable for any import tax or fees that may occur.
We do not issue refunds for shipping or the cost of your order if you refuse to contact customs or pay customs fees or taxes.
Return Policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the tracking number provided says delivered or signed for, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must be the original purchaser and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns are only accepted if we sent the wrong item or if the item we sent was damaged upon arrival.
To initiate a return, please contact us. Include the item(s) you would like to return and your order number.
Your refund will be processed when the return has been received. Shipping fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds may take 5 - 10 business days to show on your account. They may be in the form of a credit or reversal.
Please first contact your credit card company, PayPal, or bank as it may take time before your refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us.
Once we receive the item for exchange, we will ship out the new item. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Order Cancellation
Divine Harmony Spiritual Church has the right to cancel any order. Although this is unlikely, on occasion we may cancel an order due to suspicion of fraud or human error on listings. If an order cancellation is necessary, we will contact you immediately with an explanation as to why your order is being cancelled.
Digital Goods
After you place your order for a digital product, you will receive a link with a PDF with instructions on how to access the material. The material will be available to access on our website.
