According to Welsh tradition, Dwynwen suffered a heartbreaking end to her own love affair and devoted her life to God, praying that others would find greater happiness in love than she had. Her story has made her a compassionate intercessor for those experiencing romantic sorrow, separation, uncertainty, or conflict.
This vigil may be petitioned to help mend a damaged relationship, restore tenderness between partners, encourage reconciliation, or strengthen an existing bond. Saint Dwynwen may also be called upon for comfort following heartbreak, guidance concerning a difficult relationship, or help releasing a love that cannot be restored so the heart can heal and become open to happiness again.
Your vigil will be carefully dressed, blessed, petitioned, and burned on your behalf by Divine Harmony Spiritual Church. You will receive a photograph of your candle vigil. If you select the optional emailed report, you will also receive our observations and interpretation of any signs seen during the burn.
